El's Kitchen is run by Eleanor (El) and Jim Smith, a husband and wife team from Weston, Connecticut. El’s Kitchen has been in business since 1998,
selling to gourmet stores on the East Coast.
The roots of El’s Kitchen stretch back 20 years. The Smiths love to entertain, and at dinner party after dinner party, El and Jim mercilessly
preyed upon their friends to sample, analyze, and criticize their interpretations of a variety of dishes. The result? The perfect balance of
sweetness and heat which is the essence of El’s Kitchen’s gourmet dry rubs.
In their pursuit for an unequalled gourmet dry rub, the Smiths have eaten more BBQ than you probably care to know about. But patience and
persistence can breed perfection, which they did here. Jim's inspiration combined with El's hands-on expertise have created the perfect gourmet dry
rub that transcends all others on the market.
